Withdrawal & refunds

When you can cancel, how refunds work, and what happens if a download goes wrong.

Guides and itineraries (digital downloads)

You receive the PDF immediately after payment. Before checkout you agree that we deliver straight away and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once delivery begins. After that, you cannot cancel the purchase simply because you changed your mind.

You are always entitled to a solution if:

  • the file is damaged, incomplete or will not open;
  • the download link does not work or never arrived;
  • you were charged twice for the same product;
  • the product is clearly different from its description.

E-mail [email protected] with your order number. We send a working file or, if that does not solve it, a full refund. Refunds are paid by our reseller Gumroad to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 working days.

Concierge services

You may withdraw from a concierge agreement within 14 days of accepting our proposal, without giving a reason. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by e-mail to [email protected]. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

  • If we have not started yet, we refund everything you paid within 14 days, using the same payment method.
  • If you asked us to start within the 14 days, we deduct a fair amount for the work already done.
  • If the service has been fully performed at your express request, the right of withdrawal has ended.
  • Hotel, restaurant, boat or tour bookings made for you follow the supplier's own cancellation rules.
